Your satisfaction is our priority. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Under Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason. Sealed, non-perishable products can be returned if the original packaging has not been opened.

Withdrawal is excluded for: perishable or short-dated items; sealed products opened after delivery (for health or hygiene reasons).

1. Email info@anticogranaio.eu within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number and the items you wish to return
2. We'll send you return shipping instructions
3. Ship the products intact in their original sealed packaging (return postage is paid by the customer)
4. Once we've inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return. For defective or damaged products, return shipping is on us.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
